Co-Director CKD Clinic
(Chronic Kidney Disease)

R. Keone Ah San, PA-C, MMSc, is the Co-Director of SCKE’s Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Clinic. In addition to providing comprehensive care and education to patients with renal disease, Keone works closely with the other SCKE providers to manage patients with chronic endocrine disorders. Keone has been in private practice for six years in Southern Orange County. Keone is available six days a week, Monday-Saturday, to provide clinic coverage for patients who may need same day appointments. For patients who may be physically unable to come to SCKE’s Lake Forest location, home visit appointments may be available.

Keone was born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii, and enjoys returning home to visit family and friends. He and his wife recently welcomed their first child, a daughter, to their family.
